Brewers near New York City

Well, as the new Web site nears completion — sort of — we figured it was time to put out a new map. This map shows breweries within 250 miles of New York City, since we’re here in New York and distribution is arguably the biggest impact on a brew’s carbon footprint. We haven’t included brewpubs or the like, just for simplicity. If we’ve missed a brewery, let us know!

um, Easton is only 75 miles away and that puts Weyerbacher right in the radius. what about River Horse in NJ? Southern Tier upstate?

  2. Kenan Davis Says:

    Thanks Anu,

We added the three you suggested. Let us know if there are anymore.

Southern Tier is actually about 400 mi. away, so that disqualifies it. But the others seem to fit. Maybe we’ll do another round where we include another concentric circle 500 mi. in radius. Thanks again!
