From homebrew to craft brew

Experts Amelia Slayton of Seven Bridges Cooperative and Chris O’Brien of the Responsible Purchasing Network, told us that homebrewing can be one of the most sustainable ways to make beer. The fact that a lot of craft brewers start out as homebrewers means that some of those cost-saving, space-saving practices that they’re already using often sneak into small businesses.

What we wanted to know next was, what’s the connection and transition like between homebrewing and craft brewing?
