How to taste a beer

Sometimes we get a little carried away with all of our questions like “where did this beer come from?” and “what do you do with your methane?” so it’s good to have a real beer enthusiast remind us that brewmasters want people to enjoy their beers. Thankfully, we met Kevin Hooshangi, owner of the Village Pourhouse in Manhattan, who calls himself a beer sommelier. In this video, he demonstrates what he thinks is the ideal way to taste a beer.
